Hi,
I am a new customer and I recently signed up for a plan. During the checkout process, I accidentally selected the eSIM option instead of a physical SIM card.
However, I realized that my device has limitations with eSIM. I intended to order a physical SIM and activate the service just after I receive a physical SIM card.
Since the eSIM was "activated" immediately upon purchase, my 30-day cycle has already started, even though I haven't ported my number or used the service yet.
I would like to request the following:
If possible, reset my 30-day billing cycle to start from the day I actually port my number.
Does my billing cycle will begin on the actual activation date, not the purchase date?
Alternatively, please provide a one-time credit to my account to cover the days lost due to this accidental immediate activation.
I really want to start my experience with Public Mobile on a positive note and stay with you for a long time. Thank you for your understanding and help!

hi @Viktoriia_K
for eSIM, the billing cycle start immediately.
if you need to change to physical sim , get it quick as PM won't "reset the cyle" or provide you with the one time credit you want
you can get the Public Mobile sim card today at a Telus, Koodo or Mobile Klink store. Or you can get it in 2 days by ordering from Amazon. Either way, you won't lose too many days
