new credit card won't register

I can't get my wife's new credit card to register on her account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app on her phone. tried on every computer in the house even in incognito mode.

Any suggestions other than registering for a new account etc?

updating credit card is one of the hardest thing to complete here

wait 24 hours and try again using Incognito browser mode 

if you need to make payment to resume and cannot wait, buy a voucher from store and pay using *611

That does not sound good at all.

For now, purchase Public Mobile Vouchers from a gas station or local supermarket and load to the account until you can get it sorted.

Trying too many times will cause a lock out without knowing.

Wait untill tomorrow evening again before trying the cc again.
