how can i get talking to a real person about my account

@Humphrey  - are you trying to add a new card on your account?

If you never registered for a self serve account, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Then once logged in, navigate to the PAYMENT tab and update or replace your card on file:

PM is an online carrier but most issues could be help by this Community.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent for PM staff to help you through private messaging.

You can contact them via private messaging or create a ticket via SIMon Chatbot.

PM support is all online.  YOu will need to open ticket with them and work with them via messaging here

 

To open ticket with CS Agent, at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing  : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click on "Contact Us"
  3. then Click on "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
