hey i started an online activation here, it took a payment, when i try to continue it says that i my email and passwords do not match which they do.
if i go and try to activate on my PM app will it charge me again? if it does how do i get the 46$ back for the other payment that PM took?

Hmm that shouldn’t be the case. Something is clearly not going correctly. If you started the process on the website you should be able to continue the activation with the app as it’s a requirement.
Since you’ve encountered this issue please reach out to customer service for assistance and don’t make any additional payments.

No it will not charge you again. You need to login to the app in order to complete your activation process.
