Bonjour a tous,
Hi everyone,
It has been 2 days, my phone is no longer able to connect to the network and therefore I cannot call, receive calls, text - even if I already removed and put back the battery, SIM card.
Does anyone also encontered this issue or is it just me ?
Thanks in advance for any help!! I really need my phone !!

@luluvannary, since it's an Android, I can only provide you the instructions based on stock Android as I run stock Android on my OnePlus One. These instructions are for Android 5.x, Samsung reorganizes their settings slightly differently but it goes something like this:
That should lock your device on to the network until you repeat the process and hit Automatically.

@luluvannary, sounds like it could be an automatic registration issue. Try going into the network settings on your device and do a manual network registration.
I don't know what device you're using so I can't give you the instructions for that.

@luluvannary I believe @deltatux meant that you should log into your self serve account to be sure the status is "active" and that no unpaid amounts are showing.

Hi Deltatux,
Thanks for your answer but I am not sure to understand your question. My PM account is active as I paid my month plan. However if this info helps you, my phone doesn't recognize the SIM card (parameters->mobile networks->"Insert SIM card to access network services") but the SIM is actually there.

Hi @luluvannary,
Is your account status listed as active or suspended for all your services at the moment?
