Help. Emergency. need refund today because of double payment. if u dont refund me today i get NSF charges on bank account that Telus and PublicMobile will be paying for.

Overcharge will remain in your account as credit to pay for your next month’s bill so no monies are lost.
You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next renewal date.
BTW, NFC charges are for cheques and PM doesn’t accept cheques as payment. Only CC or debit card.

Nothing will go as fast as you want and expect.
First you have to get in touch with agent with might take hours. Then they have to understand and approve your request for refund.
Credit card does not get NSF and that is the only way to pay (beside voucher).
And I really doubt PM will refund you if you get charged NSF from your bank...
You better deposit some $$ yourself.

You can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent. They can credit your account.
