Hello I subscribed for a plan and now wanted to activate it.

If you want to switch plans from “On your renewal date” to “Now”. There will be no refunds on unused days.

If you switch on your renewal date, it will switch to the promo plan you selected.

My question is that my subscription will be activated on Jan 31st but I need it to activate it earlier as the subscription offer I chose is no longer listed.

Was the SIM card and plan ordered from publicmobile.ca?  If you're trying to compelte the activation using the website, please note that the activation can only be completed using the mobile app.
