Hello, I need to transfer my number. My app is stuck to contact you and the website is also stuck to activation. I am using my other account to get some help. My number

my app is stuck at the last stage to contact service. what do i do?

The porting team wouldn't be able to assist with the activation or the app issues.  As the app isn't allowing the customer to proceed any further, the number port may not have been requested yet.
