If your referral activate a $25 plan online, Use the ? button at the right hand bottom corner of this page to create a moderator support ticket to resolve the missing credit.
You will not get the one time referral credit if your referral activate $25 plan in store.

Your friend needs to contact moderator if both of you didn't get the credit. She is new customer and used your referral code. Did she activate in store or at home? If she activated in store, you will not get the bonus $10 credit, just the $1 ongoing monthly credit. If she activated at home, then you will get $10 and $1 ongoing credit and she should have gotten $20 total credit.

Your friend's plan had to be $25/month to qualify for that promo.

She would need to contact moderator by clicking the quesiton mark on the right lower question mark and start the ticketing process.
