Some of the time, these top up vouchers are not instantly activated in the computer system. It's possible there might be a 1 day delay.

@tashy110787 try Adding the voucher by dialing 611 from your phone. Make sure you are using the correct PIN number.

Also you should double check your self serve account page or just call 611 again to see if the voucher had been already put into your account the first time you entered the pin, it happened to me once and I thought it didn't get put in and it was actually. I even put it the wrong number from my voucher before thinking it was the pin, then realized I put in the wrong number that wasn't even the pin.
