my phone can't call the number started with 604

i don't know why my phone can't call some number started with 604，it will be hunged up every time.who know what‘s the problem？

@wyt2008t - can others call this number with issue? 

If others can call without issue, try:

• turning on airplane mode then turning it off
• remove your SIM card, then gently place it back into your SIM slot, restart
• reset network settings of the device

try dialingt a 1 ahead of 604...see if that helps.

you tried reboot phone?

do you have another phone to test?
