Why is my payment not being processed?

I am having nothing but trouble with the Public Mobile app and website. The pages take forever to load, if they load. I always get page not responsive. 

This is terrible customer service.

hi @AndreeD 

are you using the browser or app?  try both.  

When you try using the browser, use Incognito/Private/secret mode of the browser.  Also, try more than one browser, Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox

if you were using app, uninstall and reinstall the app and try again

Try clearing your browser's cookies, try logging in using Incognito. If those don’t work then try using a different device. Also try the Public Mobile app. 

If the system isn’t taking your payment then submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.
