I dont have an account and I cant verify why my line is not working

If you actived your SIM then you have an account.

Make a payment to Active your account by purchasing a voucher from these locations and dial 611 to enter the voucher number.

The other option is to make payment from your CC.

@Salirosas   First use the down arrow top right of your post and edit/delete your tel. # as you're posting on an open public forum.

 

Regarding your phone not working, was today your renewal date?  Perhaps autopy failed (occasionally does), then you can login to your self serve account using incognito or private mode and click Reactivate the account/or make a manual payment if you have a payment card registered.

For making a payment purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and adds the funds by dialing 611 on your phone.

@Salirosas    Call 611 from your mobile phone and see what it says about the status of your account.  Make payment if you know your pin number and if you have a CC on file.
