@acatherwood   Make sure to clear your cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode before retrying to login if you haven't forgotten your login information, but yes as mentioned earlier the website can be glitchy from time to time and waiting a little while is all that's needed.

Your login username is your email address.

You can use the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset your password if you remember the answer to your security question.
