more money taken out of my bank

Just topped up my accont for my plan today, $43.00 was suppose to come off my CC  but instead $48.59 was taken out, my sister had the same problem last month they took almost double out of her CC.

Your account shows the cost of the plan you are on, not the total cost you owe. As @computergeek541 said, the tax is added on based on the sale tax where you live, to the total owed at the time payment is taken. $43 is the cost before tax, not the total.

Your sister should post her issue here as well.

Unfortantely, you need to pay sales tax.  The amount that you were charged appears to be correct based on a 13% tax rate.
