hello
I am a new subscriber....please tell me why my mobile data is not working. Do I need to set something up? WiFi is working, but I need mobile data too!

can you confirm what phone do you have?
Try Reset network settings after a device reboot.
For most Android phones, this can be done by going to Settings > System (or General Management) > Reset options > Reset network settings
if the data still does not work, go to the APN screen, select the default APN profile and click Edit. Compare below and update:

MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID

i found APN settings....not sure how to adjust. Right now it says telus...I have never used telus as a mobile server!

Is talk and text working?
Which model phone are you using? If android, may need to adjust APN settings.

Is Roaming enabled on the phone settings?
If it is then you need to reset the Network setting on your phone but you will need to re-enter your home wifi when it is reset.
