max logins

keep getting max logins  can not do a thing with my account  I am locked out  trying to cancel a number  2nd sim and gosh I see nothing about cancelling a number?

There is no 'cancel account' option at PM.

What you have to do is to remove autopay from your account and in 90 days your account will be deleted due to no pay. With no autopay you will not be charged and at next renewal your account will be suspended.

At the same time send a note to agent to remove credit card from your file to avoid accidental charges.

If you want to stop service right away, report phone as lost/stolen and account will be suspended immediately and again 90 days rule will start countdown.

@finetimes  Remove autopay. Then let the account close.. will take 90 days.. use it till it doesn’t work anymore..😬

Can you put sim in your phone and call 611 to remove autopay? After 90 days without a payment from the renewal date your account will be closed automatically.
