-my refer a friends rewards show as the proper amount and  authorized payment  shows as usual amount but my loyalty rewards say 0.00 if i go to history it shows my loyalty rewards as this ..

but when i look at my current rewards section it shows this .....

why am i getting 0.00 for loyalty now ?? this rewards system is gettin really dumb should of just kept it how it

@ez_ , where are you seeing this?  Is this in the payment tab?  I find that rewards information does not always load properly into the payment tab.  If you logout and login again, that often clears the problem.  It is likely due to data caching which can cause all sorts of display problems.

It may be just a glitch. Reach out to a CS Agent to advise them.

Watch for their reply in the top right corner. 

Just know, their number may be off too. They told me I only had 3 referrals when I had 12 and I know they all are still with PM. Keep track and confirm.
