@ipguys55 they would have to log into there self serve account and click"change sim card" then enter the new sim card number.
Unless they give you their login information.

Please remove your personal information.
You can change your SIM card number in your self service account.

Click the 3 dots on right side of your post and edit the information to delete your personal information. Phone number and new sim number as this is a public forum and everyone can see.
Log into your account. Click change sim card. Under My Profile where it shows your name and email.
