Sim card is gone since phone could not be found. Wanted to suspend the service but forgot email address and password.

Please direct customers to use the official ticketing process. The pirvate messaging method is only meant as a backup and will automatically result in the customer receiving slower service response.
Please open at ticket using the chatbot. I know that it can be frustrating figuring out which wording to use to get a ticket submitted, but your issue will be placed on higher priority than if you went straght to sending a private message to a customer support agent (CSA).
