I subscribed to the $40 plan (60 GB) because at some point needed to travel to USA. Now I no longer need this plan, it is too much data, and want to downgrade to something like $25 (5 GB). I see that this plan is only available to new customers, and the only way to downgrade is to switch to another mobile provider. But before doing that, I just want to check if I can get this plan at Public Mobile.
Thank you.

It seems like my plan $40 (Canada-US-Mexico) is the cheapest available.

hi @oldrinba1
if you see any plan cheaper than your current one, even more than $25, change to that first (use Change on Renewal option) , and you could see another cheaper plan after that

Thanks for your answers. I will probably keep for one more month, as my current plan expires in 2 days and I do not have enough time to take a decision.

there is a canada wide 5g speed plan with 50gb for $35 a month. other than that you will have to go to a 4g plan or another provider.

hi @oldrinba1
sorry, you can only choose plans from your My Account, Change Subscription page. If the plan is not there, you cannot change to it. And downgrade is definitely possible, but it does not come often and the cheaper plan won't stay long.
You can check with Koodo Prepaid or Koodo Postpaid if you want some cheaper plans
