@catalin - have you ever registered for a self serve account before? If you activated in-store it is possible one was not created yet; if so, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Note:
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number and access to self serve/My Account.

You login ID is your email address you used to create your account. Once you login to your Self Serve account, just click on Forgot Password and answer your security question to get into your account.

@catalin First try to use the Forgot Password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ). Just enter the correct email address and then answer the Security question.
If you are unable to reset the password that way, then you will have to open a ticket with PM Support and have them to sort it out for you:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
