so i typed in all the right info to log into my account. recieved verification code in email typed it in correctly. it comes up as login error. i trying 2 times validating and cannot gain access through the app.. anyone have a fix
also how do i cancel my subscription so i dont get bill another auto renew..

Hello.
Public Mobile website caching issues are often resolved by clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then closing and restarting your browser completely. Other common solutions include using a different browser, trying Incognito or Private mode, or, for mobile users, updating the Public Mobile app or clearing its cache and data in your phone's settings.
Once you are in your account, you go to your subscription and turn off autopay.
