logging on my account

can't log on to my account, get a black screen with forbidden a1, also won't log into phone app.

24 hours and Public Mobile was still not working, no human to talk to, made a mistake to move, cost me $50. Oh well.

I gave up with Public Mobile, went back to Fido, up and running in less than 30 minutes.

hi @RUSTY-STEELE no more Chabot, use my link to message support agent and get it resolved in an hour 

Tried that spent 1 hour going round with a chat bot, changed passwords, deleted the app and reinstalled.

the only thing that works is texting, no data, no talk. I think I made a mistake.
