When logging in I get a page saying to select a plan, then buy a sim card. I have been a subscriber for over 5 years. Whats going on and how to I fix this.

@Sled1 with the Select a plan issue you see, it is not a cache problem and hence clearing cache won't help
yes, you need to open a ticket but you won't be able to open Chatbot ticket if you cannot login
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

I cleared the cache on my windows pc. doesnt seem to help. I always could sign in and it still says lets complete your activation. Thank you for your suggestions. Ill get CS

It seems that your account is not linked to you email so contact a CS_Agent to help you.
Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket.

Works fine to me. Using computer...
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
