i need to change my sim card im locked out of account and cannot reset password I will need the number transferred to a new sim without access to my login. i need a real person to help. not just a bot

Even without an active sim at the moment, you can still try logon My Account and ask ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
If you can login with the 2FA sent to e-mail, then just go to Profile page, click the Pencil besides the Sim card number and update the sim card number there
If you still cannot login, then ask PM CS agent to update it for you . Private message CS Agent at:
