local texting question

I am looking for the cheapest plan to be used mainly for local texting and local calls. 

Does the 10$ plan includes any local outgoing texting or I have to use the 15$ plan?

$10 include 50 outgoing international and local text and unlimited Incoming text.

The difference between the 10 and 15$ are

-10$ you will have 50 mintes for outgoing and incoming calls in Canada

-15$ you will have 100 minutes... same thing...

-10$ you will have 50 outgoing texts international and illimited for incoming

-15$ you will have unlimited international texts.

@rainydays, all plans that include texting is international text.  The $10 plan only provides 50 text per 30 days.  The $15 plan provides unlimited text.  Both are international text. 

As for calling, the ready made plans include Canada wide calling, number of minutes can vary.  Plan builder will allow for selecting province wide calling as well as US calling.
