I am trying to do the VoLTE thing.     but for some strange reason everytime  I type in a backslash I get 

é  if I do shift  backslash  I get a É.  so could someone tell me how to fix this.

To type in the address to do  VoLTE  I need a back slash.

Hey @studouglas 

Very simple fix actually. Bottom right corner by the clock, you'll see a Keyboard option. Just right click and change to English and you'll be back to normal!

What is 'the VoLTE thing'?

Are you talking about checking IMEI? IMEI is pure numbers - no characters nor / \ involved... ?

I sometimes get similar issues on my work computer.  I usually just restart the computer and the keyboard then works fine.
