1. I enrolled my email between may 5 and May 7 for the 30 day free promotional offer if activated before May 22nd. i ordered the Sim on May 13th and received it on May 30 and activated it today (June 1st). In the community page, they asked me to try contacting moderator after activating the sim. i find it hard to contact moderator through CHAT option, its going in circle. the CHAT WITH SIMON is not helpful and person i chatted using another CHAT option wasn't helpful as well.
2. I used the referral code from a friend and i dont see the $10
3. i used the auto pay and still dont see the $2 reward

Once you contact the moderators I would ask them if they can apply the promo (30 day plan credit) to your account. You did leave ordering your sim card a little late after submitting your email. However 9 days is still a reasonable expectation to recieve your sim card from public mobile and still be able to activate your sim by the may 22nd deadline. It would be a gesture of goodwill on their part for taking over two weeks for the sim to arrive. That would a close call even if you had ordered it on may 7th to make the may 22nd deadline.
BTW.....my sim cards ordered at the end of March took 2 days to arrive.

@bdeepimahes Sorry, but the cycle here is 30 days. I know it can be confusing, but its a stable number PM works with. You will get 10$ within 72 hours after you used referral code. Don't worry, if your self-service account shows that your Autopay is enabled, you will get your reward for this and future months.

@bdeepimahes the rewards will be added. The $10 within 72 hours and the $2 reward should be added in around the same time. They will be applied on tour second month's bill. Welxome to pm. Stay safe.

1. It would seem you missed the promo then when you know it ended on May 22nd.
2. That $10 should have shown up overnight but they say it can take up to 3 days.
3. You should see a balance of $2 in your Available Funds (if not $12) if you chose autopay on activation. Otherwise if you chose it after activation then you'll see it in the Rewards area on the overview page in your self-serve.
