its too bad----that we cannot better track who we refer example on the top right under our account number there should be our referred list somewhere to better keep track.

Thanks for showing this. I keep getting referrals on my account monthly (shows 1 but no phone number) when I apparently really don’t have any! Only after paying my bill does my service shut off saying I owe more and the referral has disappeared! Somehow every month for past few months there’s a glitch and it keeps happening! Now I see what it should really look like. Thanks.

Changes on PM for tracking referrals will not change...WYSIWYG on PM and if you want more tracking you need to do it on your own.

Hi @dboxtvinfo715 please click the little arrow shown on image below and it will show your referred friends' last 4-digit numbers. If any of your referred friends is not listed, their account could be suspended.

The arrow isn't yellow. I highlighted it above for easier reference.
It is there - trust us. If you have rewards such as auto-pay or referrals, they'll show there.
Try a different browser on a different device.

Immediately to the left of the words "Total Rewards Earned", are you stating there is no small, right facing triangle?
If not, try a different browser on a different device. It absolutely should be there. Click on that
I get it on both mobile and laptop.

i still have not yet seen the triangle but have clicked on reward, this is the summary i get below, sorry if i repeated this on last few threads it will be the last untill i find the triangle with my referred credit card numbers.....

I think @LurganIeUk is writing about the option some online sites have to place personalized nicknames on certain line items/contents so a user can more easily identify and locate them within the site.
It's a good thought, however PM's self serve site cannot be customized in this way to allow user-defined settings or preferences for viewing options.
Oddly enough, the Community site has a lot more functionality and personalization settings which can be set.

@Quigley : I'll jump in. Instead of random 4 digits...to be able to identify the actual referral. That one's Quigley, that one's LurganleUk etc. If you happen to have scored an unknown referral then it could stay as just the 4 digits if you wish.

It has been suggested to have a nickname option to allow some user entry. Similar is done on some of the credit union online access where you are allowed to tag a GIC with a name like "for property taxes" etc.
But that won't happen this site only gets updates for promos and changes and still sits with errors and improperly operating functions along with conflicting wording.
I would suggest that you track using excel, word, or notes or???

You should look around your self service account sometimes, there's a lot of good and useful information there already.
You just have to take the time to look around. PS. Good job on getting as many referrals as you can!
