you can use VoIP app to call. You can download the app Fongo or Talkatone , setup an account and get a VoIP phone number, then you can use the app to call back Canada for free with local Wifi or local data (you can also give that VoIP phone number to your friends and they can call you )

@superurbi , you can't call from Spain as Public Mobile does not offer roaming service for Spain. If you need to check your payment history, you should be able to login to your self serve account from Spain. For 2Fa, have the code sent to email.
