@keeshanneke, are you trying to add your own referral code to your own account? Because if you are, hate to say it, it ain't going to work. That code is for you to give to other people like a family member(s), colleague, classmate, teachers, instructors, neighbour, or anybody you meet on the street or Costco lineup!
If you are wanting the $10 credit for signing up, then you can ask anyone here in the community and send them a private message, as posting a referral code is against all community guidelines and is banished to the jail corner!

Why not use the auto start link in MY ACCOUNT. Copy it, send it, use it.

@keeshanneke Make sure that there are no spaces before or after the code. Also, pay attention to some confused symbols like 0 and O.

@keeshanneke I have not heard of an invalid code. Unless whoever is trying to use it has already claimed the code. If they have you can not claim it twice.
cheers

It isn't @keeshanneke try typing it in and not copying and pasting it. The latter usually adds an extra digit in the form of spaces either in front or behind. Stay safe. And congrats on the referral.

Definitely sounds like an error in that case, try the suggestion to reload the page!
