incoming & outgoing call doesn't work

@CS_AgentHI, my plan is basic $10.00 local call plus 50 text messeges. I am calling my daughter who's also local, getting a recorded messege that I need to add on long distance to make a call. When someone tries to call me back, it automatically disconenccted from the caller's phone. I tried to call 611 and there is no technician I can talk to. Could you please take a look at my account what the problem is? I rebooted, re-inserted sim and nothing works.

If you run out of minutes, it will behave as described.

I found that the $10 plan is billed per minute, instead of billing by the second as I was used to. so every call that connects, you will be charged a minimum of 1 minute.

are yu sure you are not run f your 50 minutes.

u can log n your account and check how many minutes you have left n your plan ..

i guess that u are run out f minutes

you can also send private message to moderator with ur email phone number and details of your probleme and they will help you to solve your probelem
