@halongbaygirl also make sure your data is turned on. While MMS does not really cost your data, Data has to be turned on for MMS to come

What phone do you have so we can help you with your settings? Is this for text or emails?
You MMS setting might be disabled on iPhone.
The hyperlinks information @will13am is helpful with your photo issue.
On iPhones, go to Settings>Messages>then enable MMS Messaging and also enable Send as SMS.
On Android, try powering off your phone then power it back up again.

@halongbaygirl , I assume you mean you are having problems with MMS. This is typically caused by APN settings being incorrect. Please check APN settings on your phone and make sure they match the following.
