iPhone 8 text messgaing

I have a iPhone 8 and I can send and receive iMessages only, can anyone help

HI @Tony1313 

you just activated your account with PM ?  if you did, that is a common problem for new activation

  Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem.  And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification.   PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.   

Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
