try to delete and reboot and reenter your phone number

Settings and click on you Name (Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases), then click on Name, Phone Number, Email. Once through to there, if your phone number is displayed delete it

Then restart your phone and  go back to the same screen and then re add your number.

@Iamnana , have you reset your network settings yet?

Are you updated to the latest iOS 16.6?

Is your data turned on to be able to use iMessage? Or connect to Wi-Fi for iMessages?

Go to Settings, Messages, turn off iMessages, turn back on. See if that helps.

Edit: @Iamnana , Please try our suggestions & let Us know if any of them worked or not so we can think of other ways to help you fix the issue.

Are you able to browse the internet? Check the APN to say sp.mb.com.

@Iamnana

Have you updated to the latest iOs version and updated your carrier profile via wifi or by connecting to iTunes ?

Edit:

Do you have any services at all? Only your incoming calling will be affected by an incomplete port. Data, text and outgoing calling should all be working. If they are not you need to contact customer support to provision your Sim to your account.

You need to turn your data on. Go to Settings, network settings.. take off Automatic and choose Public Mobile. Then reboot.

If that doesn't work, I'm thinking your port did not go through. Did you get the text from your other provider and say YES?
