iMessage & Hotspot Not Working

I recently switched to Public Mobile and now my iMessage won’t activate. I have tried everything, including contacting Apple (and resetting, rebooting, etc). Nothing is working. 

I also cannot set up my Hotspot. It says I need to contact Public Mobile whenever I press the button. 
Please help.

hi @sierramoravia 

for iMessage, try remove the phone number 

Then reboot the phone using the reboot option in the settings menu

after it is rebooted, go back iMessage and enter phone number to activate

Hotspot is fine now. Everything but my iMessage is working/activating.

This did not work. My cellular and everything is on. Just gives me the activation error.

Yes, my mobile data & calling is working. SMS seems to be coming through too. Not sure what the issue is.

I can confirm for you that Public Mobile doesn't have an restrictions to using hotspot.  Is mobile data otherwise working?

@sierramoravia  You have cellular data turned on ? And you have iMessage turned on ? 

you can try also is turn off iMessage and face time then go to setting >genreal at the bottom of page you see “shut down “ in my pic

Then wait 2 mins power  back on and turn on iMessage and face time and test
