i was overcharged

my plan is $45 every 30 days but i think i got charged $75. help me to understand what this means please:

@ogsurette the plan builder page used to call out the amount of discount you would get based on the choices you'd made--in your case it would have shown you the $30 discount and you might have had an easier time associating that to the credit you see in your transaction history.  Unfortunately, several months ago they removed it when they revamped the plans page and plan builder, under the banner of simplicity.  Personally I would prefer the older style, but it is what it is.

The July 10 transactions include a $30 credit which is a quirky way is how the system prices build your own plans.  Each element has an individual cost, $35 for data, $20 for calling, $10 for text, $10 just for getting a 30 day plan.  Selecting multiple elements yields a discount which is $30.  The net cost is $45.  

If there's any overcharge it is due to the fact that there's a current plan bundle that is identified identical for $40 per month.  Public Mobile's policy has always been that customers stay on the same cost profile regardless of which party is benefiting from it.  In this case, the customer should do a plan change (more like plan price adjustment) and save $5 per month.

July 10th shows what was charged to your Visa debit of $45 plus the 3 Choices credit (bundle pricing) to bring that upto $75, then your plan was paid and can see what they charge for each "item".  July 23 it looks like you added 192 in vouchers and on the 7th there was a visa debit topup of $45.  You are only being charged $45
