i lost my phone and now i would like to connect a new sim card to a  new phone how do i do that

Go into your account report phone lost and do a sim card change

Logon to your Self-serve account

Login to your self-serve account.

Select [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change SIM card] to switch to a new SIM card.

In your self service account, you can switch to a new SIM number.  Need to buy new SIM care and submit that number in your self service account and put in your new phone.  

Choose Plan and Add ons tab

Choose Change SIM Card tab

Submit new number.
