I paid $22 on 12th aug as per my monthly plan n i was asked again to pay n i paid again.so why i am charged twice .how can i get my money back.

Wondering if this is the expired bug in Self Serve. Did you pay twice because Self Serve told you your plan was expired/going to expire if you didn’t top up your account? Are you services still working? Did they stop working?
If you have autopay set up you don’t need to do anything in the future. It should automatically renew your plan without any further action.
If your service is working you don’t really need to do anything. You can leave the balance on your account for your next renewal and the system will use those available funds rather than charging your card again. You could also DM a moderator to see if they can reverse the second charge but that can sometimes take time and may not be worth the hassle if you plan on staying with PM anyway.

Can you give some additional details. Ie who asked you to pay a second time?
Did you do a plan change or something,?
