No known recent system issues for billing/credit card.  I will leave a message on oracle side to make sure.

The payment system is finicky.  If you tried a few times unsuccessfully, you need to try again in 24 hours if using the same credit card.  If you need service right away, the quickest way is to purchase a payment voucher either in store (Shopper, gas stations, etc) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies).  Load up the funds immediately to activate and deal with credit card issues in 24 hours.  You could try a different credit card if you want also.

hi @val1101 couple posts about the problem, maybe system wide issue .  Please ask agent to check first.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

And you can buy vouchers from Shoppers drug mart to resume service first.  After you got the voucher, dial *611 and load the voucher
