can you recreate another account by your phone number? if so, you can make change yourself there.

I'm a little confused. You can't access your account because you forgot which email you used? Did you use a different email for your community account and/or did you forget what password you created for it?

How are you putting money into your account or seeing it is suspended if you can't access it?
