i cannot pass the first page to register the sim for the plan

Hello everyone,

I want to register to the 4GB/90 days plan with the SIM card that i got from an Alcatel phone that i bought it last night (PC Mobile phone and SIM), but when i click on the first screen (where i input my personal info and the SIM card number - checked seveal times) the "Continue" button i get the "Invalid SIM" message.

You need a SIM from public mobile.

I believe its too late to order one off the site now. They will have physicals locations this weekend in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, that would be your best bet.

Also, you may need to unlock the phone you bought to be able to use it with Public Mobile.
