I have no data on my phone now since i have used all my data for previous billing cycle.
i have paid my new billing cycle two days ago, however i still have no data
how do i check when it will start with new billing cycle

When I call 611 I can't get any info I get it all in my self serve or private message.

I rebooted my phone and then it came back in.

@1amtiger If anyone runs out of data and want to know the renewal date, you can call 611.

@1amtiger, sorry to hear you are having issues. There has been a bug that is affecting the data reset and renewal of the "3G" plans. Is your data bucket one one of the 3G plans? Either way you will need to contact a MOD and have it reset for you.

@1amtiger login your account, next to your Data and Add Ons, if you have used up all your Data, you can send private messages to MOD for early renewal
