how to change plan when not enough funds to renew

I'd like to know how to change my plan when I don't have not enough funds in my account to renew? My plan expired, I added money to account but less than the cost to renew the plan - I want to change my plan to a lesser amount so I can use my phone now. Is this possible?

Plan changes on suspended accounts need to be assisted by the moderator team.

 

Make sure you have an account balance that will at least cover your new plan's cost. You can add funds with your credit card or a voucher.

Then use this link to send a private message to the @Moderator_Team, include all relevant information in your message, such as account number, phone number, new plan you want to switch to.

To cover the cost of any plan change, you will need funds in your account. However, if your account is in a suspended state, you will need to add funds into your account, and ask a mod to change the plan for you.

 

Your available funds must equal plan cost for the mod assistance as well
