hi @oana2 what ticket you are trying to cancel 

if support ticket, wait for agent to reply and you can then reply and tell them to cancel

@oana2 if you do not respond to the support agent within 24hrs the ticket will be closed automatically but you can also wait for the support agent's message and then respond that you were able to fix it
