Please log into your Public Mobile Self Serve account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca. After entering your passsword, choose the "didn't get code" button to have the security verification code sent to you by e-mail. Usage history will be shown in the usage history area. Also, the Report Lost /Stolen Phone option can be used to disabled the service.
As for location services to locate the device, that's not a Public Mobile feature. It is a function of your device. Smartphone devices such as those running Android or iOS do have that feature, and that is accessed by logging into either your Google or Apple account.

Log in to your account and go into the usage details. You'll see all the calls and texts and data usage (<-delayed).
Some phones have a find my phone function.
