how can I reset MY account password, I forgot my password.
but the email address can not be verifed as well.
I tried to register MY ACCOUNT as a new customer. It says invalid number or may be registered already.
some one can help me?

If the reset password function from website is not working, you will need to contact moderator to reset your password, but the wait times are 2-3 days presently.
As stated by RobertQC, you can dial 611 to pay either via autopay (if signed up) or via voucher. You can buy voucher from vendors or online via recharge.com.
