how long is it 🤔 since there was a 1800 customer service line ? when I started 5 years ago it was mentioned everything was online

@dboxtvinfo the only 1800 line I am aware of is the 1.855.4PUBLIC  , but that is not the customer service line you are talking bout, I guess
