Hi I recently bought a LG G3 Smartphone that works with micro simcard. How can I get one in replacement of the regular one that I have so I can use my same phone number with my new smartphone?. Please let me know.

In order to obtain a Public mobile SIM card, you will need to buy one from the online store.  The SIM card can be used as a standard, micro, or nano size SIM card.  (It is a 3-in-1 card and can be used with any sized slot)

Scroll up to December 2, when I advised you how to obtain a SIM card, plus advising you to delete your phone number. It is irrelevant here, because we are all customers, and therefore don't have access to accounts, nor do any of us mail out SIM cards.

What was there in my December 2 reply that you didn't understand?

You should delete your St. Catharines's number ASAP unless you want unwelcome calls. This is a public, not private, forum, open to all.

With regard to obtaining a tri-punch SIM card, visit the section of this site's homepage pertaining to SIM cards. You will first be required to create a MyShopify account, before ordering the free card. After receiving email notifications that your card was ordered and then shipped, 3 to 7 business days will elapse before the card is delivered by regular postal mail.

Are you making reference to a SIM card ordered after you received a Beta invitation with a code? If so, did you email the code back to PM? If you did the above, you should receive your SIM card within 2 or 3 weeks.

In some cases, it may take longer due to supply and demand of SIM cards, and the general workload of the staff.

There are two versions of this site: the mobile, and the full computer version. Each has its own search engine. In the mobile version, the search engine is identified by the magnifying glass at the top left corner. Click it in order to open the search box. In the full computer version, the search engine is a rectangular box at the top of the right portion of the page.

If you wish to obtain a new SIM card, enter the following into either search engine: Mansi SIM card.

Look for a post, dated February 4, whose author is Mansi_G, and whose subject is Need a replacement SIM card?

Follow the instructions. In approximately 2 weeks, you should have a new SIM card.

After receiving it, remember to log into your account. Click the Plans and Add-ons tab. Several sub-tabs will appear. Click Change SIM Card. After changing your SIM card number in your account, reboot your phone. If need be, reboot again until the network recognizes your new SIM card.

If you will be accessing your account via computer, instead of smartphone, ensure that your phone's power is off from the time that you change SIM card numbers to rebooting, as mentioned above.

If you have a Nano Sim, it fits just fine in the LG g3 MICRO Sim slot as long as you sit it right and if you have standard Sim simply cut it yourself or have a cell phone repair shop cut it into a Micro
